The most amazing pan-fried potatoes

Last night I cooked the best pan-fried potatoes to go with our dinner, I just had to share the recipe with you.  It's really simple and seriously tastes amazing, it was a massive hit in our house.

Pan-fried potatoes

serves 4-6 as a side dish

What You Need:
1kg potatoes
60g butter
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
salt & pepper

What To Do:

Peel the potatoes and cut into approximately 5cm cubes.  Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan of water until just tender.  Drain the potatoes.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan.  Turn the heat up to high and add the potatoes, along with the salt and pepper.  Cook the potatoes until golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure all sides of the potatoes turn golden. Stir the fresh parsley through the potatoes and serve.
