Pan-fried potatoes
serves 4-6 as a side dishWhat You Need:
1kg potatoes
60g butter
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
salt & pepper
What To Do:
Peel the potatoes and cut into approximately 5cm cubes. Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan of water until just tender. Drain the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Turn the heat up to high and add the potatoes, along with the salt and pepper. Cook the potatoes until golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure all sides of the potatoes turn golden. Stir the fresh parsley through the potatoes and serve.
